Come early...get cookies?

Getting to school early has its perks in Miss Maya's sixth grade Hebrew class.

Students who arrived on time made Hebrew words and phrases using Aleph Bet cookies.

Hayden had Hebrew letters shin, fey, ayin, tet and tzadee...just to name a few!

Students wrote "Shabbat" with their Aleph Bet cookies.

Alex had a great time playing with his food!

Students wrote "Shoov" with their Aleph Bet cookies as well.

Cameron used his Hebrew book for inspiration!

Jack smiled for the camera while his group thought about what Hebrew words to spell next with their Aleph Bet cookies.

At the Shir Ami Religious School at Temple Judea we're always thinking of new ways to excite and engage our students in the classroom. I can't wait to see what we'll come up with next!

See you Sunday!
