Our fourth grade class reviewed reading the names in Hebrew of cities and landmarks in Israel. We sang Israeli songs and did a few Israeli dances. |
In Hebrew, 6th graders reviewed their prayers. In Judaic Studies they got ready for the upcoming Jewish Lens exhibit! |
3rd Grade had a special program with Ms. Amy where they made three dimensional art in the style of the Israeli artist Yaakov Agam! |
We began our morning by writing down in our journals what we are grateful for. We also learned that Judaism has a special prayer we say every morning to thank God for another day of life. The prayer is called "Modeh Ani." The children made a mobile with the prayer. |
